About Me
Born in Hay, New South Wales, my childhood was shaped by the unique landscape of the flattest place in the southern hemisphere.
Growing up, I explored the vast plains and the winding Murrumbidgee River.
My father's occupation as a kangaroo and rabbit shooter often led me into the heart of the bush and scrub.
I spent my teenage years, a little further down the Murrumbidgee River at Darlington Point where the river was a large part of community life.
Today, I reside in Coleambally, a tight-knit farming community and the newest town in New South Wales. It is here where I run my Art Gallery and Studio, where I explore my creativity.
A significant chapter in my artistic journey was my time living and working with renowned haute couture designers, John Claringbold and Ross Weymouth. Immersed in the world of high fashion, I absorbed the creative essence of the industry.
My experience was centred around the iconic Nicholas building on the corner of Flinders Lane and Swanston Street in Melbourne during the 1980s.
Their influence is palpable in my approach to design, use of colour, and my unwavering commitment to detail.
